Welcome!

Is your vehicle broke down? Do you not want to pay the expensive fees to tow your car, then pay for outrageous shop fees? We bring the shop to your vehicle, Not the other way around! Unless of course it is necessary. We have a number of different diagnostic procedures to use in order to properly diagnose your vehicles issue. We start out by charging $50.00 to come out and diagnose your problem. Once the problem is identified we will discuss the next step. Depending upon the severity of the issue we can run to get parts and get you back on the road! All while you carry on with your day. We would meet up where ever the vehicle is, get the keys and you can go back to whatever it was you were doing. We will contact you once the diagnostic investigation is complete.

S.T.A.R.R.S is an acronym for Strategic Transportation, Automotive, Repair and Response Services.

STARRS is a team of mechanics specializing in mobile, on-site repairs; bringing our services to you which allows you to save time and money regularly associated with costly shop services. By keeping our overhead low we are able to pass those savings on to our customers.

STARRS was founded in 2017 by partners Fred Jacques and Dan Jensen; both honor graduates of the esteemed Diesel Equipment Technology program at Centralia College in Centralia, WA. With both of us holding numerous related certifications and a combined total of over twenty years of experience in a variety of facets of the automotive repair industry.

This diverse training and experience makes STARRS uniquely qualified in diagnosis, repair, service, and preventative maintenance for most automotive and both light duty and heavy duty diesel truck applications
